complain
I listen complaint very often.
from my position, I can not give him/ her fathful commnet.
they complaint about their salary and would be able to have better offer at other place if they want to be there. but they can not becuase something happended.
I believe they did not catch the right timing so they are in a job position they can accept but not 100% appreciated.
stand and do it right do it hard would be much better than sitting there complaining and complaining.

大師輕鬆讀
大師輕鬆讀 a weekly English practice mag.
I like the content and the structure show you how to read and how to catch the key point.
I just read some in store and decide to subscribe. It is an good book for English Advance level guys who want to practice at home.
If you not yet want to subscribe it, I suggest you check out second hand web which has plenty of out-of date volumes. it is an inexpensive way to experience this magazine.

before i got Acdsee pro 2.o, i did not know there is such a good web photo host in there.
it uploads images to web directly.
support google map API so that if you can have image with gps position, it will generate a gep-map, google baed, on you web photo.
three level of cetegories which is well organized.
variety viewing stles to see photos.
now you can save money on it. just type coupon and see lot's of coupon are waiting for you,
