complain

I listen complaint very often.

from my position, I can not give him/ her fathful commnet.

they complaint about their salary and would be able to have better offer at other place if they want to be there. but they can not becuase something happended.

I believe they did not catch the right timing so they are in a job position they can accept but not 100% appreciated.

stand and do it right do it hard would be much better than sitting there complaining and complaining.
